The smooth functioning of the services offered at IloveAthensTours relies on the proper organization of chauffeurs and their vehicles, so that they will be at their scheduled appointments on time and without delay. In order for this to be possible, we ask that our clients be precise when filling in their booking details, i.e. clear and exact arrival information, and to inform us immediately of any changes to arrival time or other specifics, so that we can update our drivers’ schedules in a timely fashion.
Failure to do so will result in our company having to apply the terms and conditions that have been set out for our unimpeded functioning, and which are available in detail on our company website.
If you cancel your reservation 48 hours before the scheduled date of travel, the full amount will be refunded.
If you cancel between 24-48 hours before the scheduled date of the tour, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
In any other case you are not entitled to a refund.
All payments are made through the same method you selected when booking.
